Since 2017, our awareness initiative “Where’s Panama?” (PANAMA for short) has been in place as a low-threshold support service for everyone. If you feel uncomfortable or witness any inappropriate behavior, you can approach our festival crew or PANAMA guides—who can be identified by their stickers, wristbands, or vests—and they’ll be happy to help you at any time.

If you ask our staff for directions to Panama, they’ll take you to a safe place without asking any further questions.

A hotline is also available around the clock for service inquiries and anonymous assistance. Since 2023, we’ve offered a specially designated Safer Space on the festival grounds as a protected retreat.

For us, solidarity and responsibility are the foundation for celebrating together safely and carefree. That’s why we’ll keep you informed about any developments through our various channels, such as the stage screens, announcements, the festival app, WhatsApp, festival radio, and social media.

We ask everyone to look out for one another and support each other so that everyone can enjoy the festival without worries.
