Sustainability
Creating Impact
For us, festivals mean more than just music and community; they offer the chance to take responsibility and bring about tangible change. That’s why, when planning festivals, we examine various areas to see how we can take environmental and social impacts into account and implement concrete improvements.
We define sustainability as the responsible use of resources that ensures equal access to them for all people, both today and in the future. In our context, this means a form of festival production that does not prevent current and future generations from enjoying live entertainment.
That is why we develop and expand strategies and measures that allow us to reduce negative environmental and social impacts in relevant areas and specifically support positive contributions. With this in mind, we have been working with our partners for many years to develop measures based on our experience, professionalism, and willingness to break new ground.
In doing so, we always treat all stakeholders—such as the crew and guests—as equals, because only together can we bring about change. We value openness, transparency, and the willingness to learn from one another. For us, festivals are places where community is built and new ideas can flourish. We consciously use their appeal to inspire guests and the public to engage with socially relevant issues.
