Parking

The areas for camping and parking are separate from each other. The parking spaces will be assigned to you on site by ushers and will not be guarded at night. The StvO applies throughout the festival grounds.
Parking fee: EUR 15.00. Fees on site may be higher.

Motorcycles

Motorcyclists can use the trailer park areas free of charge.

Drop-off and Pick-up
... happens at the train station parking lot in Scheeßel and the designated day parking areas.

Arrival by Train

The cheapest options for traveling by train are certainly the €58 ticket or the Lower Saxony ticket. The Deutsche Bahn app is a useful companion here. From Scheeßel train station you only need a 15-minute walk to the festival site.

Trailer Park

Arrival

• Stick sticker clearly visible in windshield
   
• Observe the access to the site:
  • If you have a Trailer Park Ost badge and are leaving the A1, you will be directed from Scheeßel via Bartelsdorf to Westervesede. This is the quickest way to get to your parking space and avoid traffic jams. Please also pay attention to the signs here and follow them so that you get to the site with as little congestion as possible.
     
• Observe and follow the signs:
  • If you have a power claim for the regular Trailer Park (West), please follow the signs to Trailer Park West.
  • If you have a power claim for the Trailer Park Hurricane Park, please follow the signs to the Trailer Park Hurricane Park.

Please Note!

• “Modified vehicles”: modified vehicles often not only result in a major traffic jam - the modifications can also have consequences under insurance law, driving license law, registration law or tax law
• Vehicle must be registered for road traffic
• If the vehicle is not roadworthy, the police may immobilize it during the journey.

Ticket & Wristbands

• Check-in and ticket clearing (ticket à festival wristband) at the resort
• Resort guests always receive two wristbands:
  • Festival band for access to the festival and event area
  • Resort band as an addition for exclusive access to the resort
• If you have booked tent accommodation, this will also be allocated directly at resort check-in
• Note on payment of the deposit:

Shortly after the festival, you will of course receive a refund of the deposit - provided nothing has broken - via the same payment method.

• A separate, specific registration form must be completed for each accommodation booked at the resort (Fichte, Linde, Lärche or Ulme) and handed in on arrival.
  1. Download the correct registration form for your accommodation.
  2. Fill out the front page completely and bring both pages printed out with you on arrival.
  3. Hand it in at check-in at the resort.
