• Waste Disposal

For a clean festival site and so that we can do something together for the climate, we ask you to separate your rubbish. For this, you will receive two rubbish bags from us at the entrance: a yellow rubbish bag for packaging (e.g. snack wrappers, yoghurt pots, noodle packets) and a transparent rubbish bag for residual waste (e.g. hygiene items, cooled ash, soiled waste). Special waste such as glass, gas cartridges, batteries, electrical appliances, deposit containers and paper do not belong in the rubbish bags and can be handed in at our waste disposal or designated collection points. You can dispose of your well-sorted rubbish bags at the recycling stations, which can be found all over the camping area. And don’t worry: from Saturday to Monday, our rubbish vehicles regularly drive through the site and collect the rubbish bags directly from you.

Our festivals take place in the middle of natural areas – let’s protect this habitat together and treat it with respect. Further information at https://hurricane.de/en/sustainability/trasholution/

  • Ticket Purchase Overview

    Are the tickets personalised?

No, the tickets are not personalised and can be passed on.

Do I need a camping ticket to attend the concerts?

No. The festival pass is sufficient to gain access to the event site (concert grounds).

Can I purchase the festival pass and camping ticket separately?

Yes, you do not have to purchase all products at the same time. But as always: camping products sell out quickly, so you shouldn’t wait too long.

Can I visit friends on the campsite without a camping ticket?

No. Without a camping ticket, there is no access to the campsite – not even briefly, not even just to say hello.

    Resort

Do I need a camping ticket for the regular campsite if I book a resort upgrade?

No. You need a resort camping ticket for this. If you book accommodation, this ticket is already included – no extra camping ticket is necessary.

I have a resort ticket; can I also stay at the regular campsite?

No. Resort tickets are only valid for the resort area. For the regular campsite, you need a separate camping ticket.

    Trailer Park

Do I need a camping ticket if we come with a caravan?

Yes. Every person (!) requires a camping ticket. Additionally, each vehicle needs a trailer park ticket.

    Camping Claim

Do I need a camping ticket if we book a camping claim?

Yes. Every person (!) who stays overnight in your claim also needs a camping ticket.

How many people are allowed in a camping claim?

A camping claim can be used by up to 10 people. Each person still requires their own camping ticket.

    Platinum Lounge

Do I need a festival pass in addition to the Platinum Lounge ticket?

Yes, the Platinum Lounge ticket is a pure upgrade. You fundamentally need a festival pass to access the event site (concert grounds).

Can I use a Platinum Lounge ticket to stay at a regular camping or trailer park pitch?

The Platinum Lounge ticket is purely an upgrade for the event site. You can purchase it with or without VIP camping, and you can also buy an additional camping product.

    Special Needs

Here too, in addition to the festival pass, you need the regular camping pass if you want to camp on site. Registration is done as usual separately. If you commute daily and do not want to camp, the festival pass plus registration is sufficient.
