Transparency

We want to better understand the results of our initiatives. That’s why we collect and evaluate data and experiences wherever possible. This allows us to build on what works and honestly identify where there are still challenges.

Transparency is important to us, and for us, it means communicating progress and challenges with all stakeholders—for example, through our annual fact sheets. Before and during the festival, we want to show everyone involved how they themselves can contribute to the measures and goals described. To this end, we rely on clear communication and ongoing dialogue on an equal footing. This allows us to create space for shared learning and concrete improvements.
